These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, webinars, courses, coaching and consulting programs, communications, and other services (collectively, the "Services") offered by High Level Consulting, doing business as High Level Consults ("High Level Consults," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services — including registering for a webinar or providing your contact information — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The Services

High Level Consults provides financial education and coaching resources — including free and paid webinars, digital products, courses, and coaching and consulting programs — focused on personal and business credit, funding readiness, consumer rights education, money mindset, and wealth-building education for entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals. The Services are educational and informational in nature.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. No Guarantees; Educational Purpose Only

The Services provide general financial, business, and educational information and strategies. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, tax, accounting, credit-repair, or other licensed advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the Services.

Any examples of credit-score changes, funding approvals, results, revenue, or outcomes are illustrative and are not promises or guarantees. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, credit history, financial situation, market conditions, and implementation. We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase, funding approval, income, or level of success. You are solely responsible for your financial and business decisions.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and separately checking an applicable, unchecked SMS consent box, you may opt in to receive text messages from High Level Consults (High Level Consulting). SMS consent is optional and is not required to register for a class, access the Services, or make a purchase.

• Program description: We send transactional and informational SMS messages, including class registration confirmations, event reminders, class access information, and customer support communications. If you separately opt in to promotional SMS messages, we may also send information about upcoming educational classes, workshops, events, and related business education.
• Separate consent: Transactional/informational SMS consent and promotional SMS consent are collected separately. Selecting consent for transactional or informational messages does not automatically enroll you in promotional messages.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you separately opt in again.

• Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may share this information with service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver our SMS program.

6. Payments and Refunds

If you purchase a paid product or program, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable and that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any product, program, webinar, or service, including for partial use, non-use, or failure to attend, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you enroll in a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full purchase amount and all scheduled payments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including text, materials, templates, systems, frameworks, videos, and branding such as the High Level Consults name and logo — is owned by or licensed to High Level Consulting and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only for your own internal, personal, or business use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to paid content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or
• Misuse our communications, forms, or platforms.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Services are delivered through and may link to third-party platforms (for example, our webinar, form, hosting, email/SMS, community, and payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGH LEVEL CONSULTING (DBA HIGH LEVEL CONSULTS) AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Level Consulting (DBA High Level Consults) and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
